The Blackwood DHAC is a group of committed volunteers, comprised of
health consumers, community members, and carers, who inform country
health services in the Blackwood district of the health and service issues
that are most important to the local community.

If you have a suggestion about how your local health service can make
improvements or have concerns about the services available in your
town or district, have a chat to your local DHAC Chairperson or
members. We are here to advocate on your behalf.
We are looking for new members from Boyup Brook, Bridgetown,
Greenbushes & Nannup to ensure that as many groups and individuals
within our community are included in conversations about health and
health related matters.

These services include: Transport; Social Support; Respite
and Garden Maintenance.
