bowel cancer. Fortunately there are things that you can
do to help reduce your risk, such as ea• ng a wide variety
of nutri• ous foods from the fi ve groups every day, avoid
processed meats (i.e. salami, sausages, bacon), limit your

eat plenty of high fi bre foods.
Not all people experience symptoms with bowel cancer,

Cons• pa• on and/or diarrhoea
•
Abdominal pain and bloa• ng
•
Loss of weight for no obvious reason
•
Loss of appe• te
•
Symptoms of anaemia including unexplained

If any of these symptoms are unusual for you, and they
